Perfect hard boiled egg every time. Peels perfectly and easily without the fuss or the mess and always that baby yellow center of course.

Directions:

  1. Bring eggs to room temperature.

  2. Boil a pot of heavily salted water.

  3. Carefully place room temperature eggs into salted boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.

  4. Strain the eggs and put them into an ice bath to stop cooking process.

  5. They will peel perfectly!
