Ingredients:

  • 1 whole head of celery

  • 1/2 English cucumber

  • 1-inch piece of ginger

  • 1/2 lemon

  • A bunch of parsley and/or cilantro

  • A bunch of spinach and/or kale

Directions:

  1. Begin by thoroughly washing all the vegetables and herbs. Peel the ginger and lemon, if necessary.

  2. Cut the produce into smaller, manageable chunks.

  3. Feed the vegetable and herb chunks through your juicer.
