Crunchy Mini Pickles

Introducing my crunchy fresh pickles - a simple yet flavorful recipe that adds a delicious twist to your regular cucumbers. These pickles not only taste great, but they also offer blood sugar balancing benefits when enjoyed before a meal. Ingredients:


  • Cucumbers

  • Apple cider vinegar

  • Hot water

  • 6 garlic cloves

  • A handful of dill

  • 1 tbsp peppercorns

  • 2 tbsp salt

  • Mason jar or container



Instructions:


  1. Thoroughly wash the cucumbers.

  2. Place the cucumbers in a jar, along with the garlic cloves, dill, peppercorns, and salt.

  3. Fill the jar halfway with boiling water.

  4. Fill the remaining half of the jar with apple cider vinegar.

  5. Allow the water to cool completely before placing the jar in the fridge.

  6. Enjoy your pickled cucumbers as soon as the next day, or up to a week later, depending on the size of your cucumbers.Treat your taste buds to these delicious Pickled Cucumbers and reap the health benefits while savoring their irresistible tangy flavor.
