Turkey Burgers

Meal prep these turkey burgers and keep them in your fridge or freezer as an easy go to on salads, in a bun or with roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:
1-2 pounds of ground turkey
1 clove minced garlic
Half a yellow onion
8-10 oz of frozen spinach
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bunch of fresh herbs of choice (parsley, and dill)
Directions:
Sautee the onion until soft, add in the frozen spinach until no longer frozen. Let cool for ten- twenty minutes.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients including the spinach and onion. Mix with gloves on hands.
Shape into burgers about 4 tablespoons of mixture and cook on a skillet or grill. On the skillet I spray with a little avocado oil and cook on low for about 5 minutes each side or until the burgers release from pan easily. Enjoy!
