Healing Chicken Soup: A Collagen-Rich Recipe for Glowing Health

Ingredients:
1 sweet onion
2 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 zucchini
1 small potato
1 tsp avocado oil
6 cups of water + 2 cups of water
1-2 large chicken bottoms on the bone
Freshly grated ginger (1-2 tsp)
Turmeric (1-2 tsp)
Garlic 3 cloves
1-2 tbsp salt
Instructions:
Dice the sweet onion, carrot, celery, zucchini, and potato into very small pieces.
Heat a bit of avocado oil in a large pot. Add the diced vegetables and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add 6 cups of water to the pot.
Add 1-2 large chicken bottoms on the bone.
Stir in freshly grated ginger, turmeric, minced garlic, and salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Let it simmer for about 3 hours, or until the bone easily falls off the chicken.
After 3 hours, add an extra 2 cups of water and bring back to a boil.
