Ingredients:
1 14oz block of firm tofu
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Juice from 1/2 lemon (or less, to taste)
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, crumble the firm tofu with your hands or a fork.
Add the nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and salt to the crumbled tofu.
Mix or mash the ingredients together until well combined.
