Ingredients:

  • 1 14oz block of firm tofu

  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon (or less, to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the firm tofu with your hands or a fork.

  2. Add the nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and salt to the crumbled tofu.

  3. Mix or mash the ingredients together until well combined.
