Gooey Banana Brownies

These gooey banana brownies will make your mouth water. At only 90 calories a piece these brownies are a great healthy snack, addition to your breakfast, or even dessert. Enjoy with some fruit, a glass of warm milk, or as is!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 tablepspoons cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 egg (optional if you like more cake like)

  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mash the bananas and combine with all the wet ingredients.

  3. Combine all the dry ingredients, and then mix the wet and dry together.

  4. Pour batter into a parchment lined 6x6 inch baking tray or pyrex.

  5. Bake for 18 minutes.

  6. Let them cool for 5 minutes then slice and serve.

*Keep these brownies refrigerated for up to 5 days.
