Gooey Banana Brownies

These gooey banana brownies will make your mouth water. At only 90 calories a piece these brownies are a great healthy snack, addition to your breakfast, or even dessert. Enjoy with some fruit, a glass of warm milk, or as is!

Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablepspoons cacao powder
1/2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg (optional if you like more cake like)
Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Mash the bananas and combine with all the wet ingredients.
Combine all the dry ingredients, and then mix the wet and dry together.
Pour batter into a parchment lined 6x6 inch baking tray or pyrex.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Let them cool for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
*Keep these brownies refrigerated for up to 5 days.
