Classic Baked Oats

Introducing this Classic Baked Oats – a delightful treat that tastes like a freshly baked cookie while providing a healthy dose of protein, magnesium, and blood sugar regulation. Enjoy it for breakfast, dessert, or a snack, or incorporate it into your meal. These baked oats are perfect for meal prep too, so you can savor them all week long!







Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Chocolate chips (80% cocoa or above)




Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a blender, combine the oats, baking powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, protein powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.

  4. Pour the batter into an oven-safe dish or ramekin.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
