Ginger: Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can help with digestion. It has also been used to help fight the flu and common cold.
Turmeric: The active ingredient in turmeric, curcumin, has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. The addition of black pepper can help with the absorption of curcumin.

Honey: Honey has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. It can soothe a sore throat and act as a natural cough suppressant.
Black Pepper: Black pepper can enhance the absorption of curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, in the body. It also has its own anti-inflammatory properties.
Water: Hydration is key for maintaining bodily functions and aids in digestion and nutrient absorption.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of fresh ginger juice
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of honey
10 oz of water
A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
First, juice your ginger. This can be done using a juicer or by blending the ginger with a bit of water and then straining it through a cheesecloth or strainer. You should use about 2 tablespoons of ginger juice for this recipe.
In a large glass or jug, add the fresh ginger juice, lemon juice, turmeric powder, and black pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Add the honey to the mixture and stir again until the honey is dissolved.
Add the water and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
Taste and adjust the flavors as needed. If you want it a little sweeter, you can add more honey.
Add a handful of ice cubes, stir, and enjoy!
